Productive day today.
I discovered today I didn’t have to do any root and branch investigation of my portfolio website and its permalinks. I happened to chance when I was building up the portfolio on the permalink page on the permalink generator in the admin area which contained the “index.php” string. I don’t how or why it was there but I simply removed it and the permalinks look nice and still work very well as a result of the change. It’s something of a relief to know I don’t have to spend too much time on that after all and I can cross it off my bug list. 🙂
I’ve also written a small site with a responsive navigation header for practice. I’ve used it to look into the classList method and the many ways it can be manipulated to do such things as operate responsive navigation.
And one last note on the Photo Viewer App. It has a final “resting place” over on my Projects subdomain and a new selection of images in both the Landscape and Portrait pages.
