Blog: R6D81: #100DaysOfCode (More Posts)
Quick update. It’s been a long day. 🙂
I’ve done a lot of shelving of some long-forgotten projects that were in my #100DaysOfCode repository that I’ve not touched for months and were probably never going to get finished, My readme file and landing page for 100DaysOfcode has been updated accordingly. It’s good to have these crossroad moments from time to time where you decide what you’ll be going forward with and what is not worth continuing with.
That Photo Viewer walk I’ve been talking about. It has a solution.

It has a solution. So what I’m saying is it has a means of me clicking through a batch of photos of my choosing and displaying text that goes with the active photo. It is functional but too rigid for what I want to do with it. Something that doesn’t force me to use a particular file name to display an image. I want to be able to isolate pieces of data. Not have it all appear in one string, for which I cannot apply HTML. So I have a solution but the effort goes on with that work.
Yes, I can look forward to sprucing it up with CSS and I probably will be. But I want to look again at something that will allow me to do all the above things.
