Day 71.
And I’ve made some progress with search functionality for this blog. I’ve made sure the search term searched for is displayed in the blog template as a UI feature. So that’s done. As it stands right now there’s partial functionality written in.
I tried to write a condition statement that was supposed to indicate the number of results returned. At one point I thought I had got this done. But it’s okay, I think I’m getting close. Search results are dynamic. But it seems to be centred on blog titles, which are clickable rather than the content of the posts returned. So… I’m getting there. Hopefully, by tomorrow morning I can look at it with a fresh mind and get it done.
In my WordPress Starter Theme repository, I made some updates to make sure that pagination was working on the blog page there.
