Blog: Dyspraxia Awareness Website: A new iteration for 2024 (More Posts)
When I created this subdomain and website, sometime in 2020, I think… for me, it was a new opportunity to try and raise some awareness about Dyspraxia – a neurodiverse condition, in my own way. Today I’m launching a new iteration. This I think will be its third.
I was in the middle of redesigning this site and then…. a few weeks ago the Dyspraxia Foundation announced they were closing. So the need for a Dyspraxia Resource… among others became even more relevant.
Let me take the opportunity once more to summarise Dyspraxia.
“Dyspraxia, also known as Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), is a neurological condition that affects motor skills and coordination. Individuals with dyspraxia experience Dyspraxia in different ways but generally experience problems with language, movement and thought.”
This is my attempt in 2024. I do hope people will find this relevant and useful. I hope to keep maintain and improve this site more regularly in the future, but that really depends on me and what my brain allows me to expunge. 🙂
